Here’s what our clients have to say:
Monida Healthcare Network
Greg Drapes, CEO
Just a quick note to thank you and Cole Davis for your recent consulting work with the Monida Healthcare Network. The personality assessments performed with our staff have been useful, informative, and revealing. We were looking for a tool to help us understand each others’ perspectives and how we each respond to the issues we face. This was an excellent team-building exercise. It generated a lot of fun discussion around the office and everyone enjoyed learning about each other. I have personally referred back to the assessments and have heard a couple other individuals in the office state that they need to go back and look at someone else’s traits to see how they can best help them through an issue.
Recently, as we have gone through the process of hiring a new employee, we had finalists go through the assessment. This was instrumental in keying in on particular traits during discussions with the candidates and with references.
We appreciate the professional manner in which you and Cole reviewed the individual assessments with each person, and presented the findings to our group as a whole. This was done tactfully with regard to individual responses and differences.
Thanks for all the help.
Sincerely,
Greg Drapes, CEO, Monida Healthcare Network, Missoula, MT

They say that most companies who have gone from good to great and are able to sustain a great business typically go through “train wrecks”. These defining moments can either stimulate failure or growth needed for greatness.
I own Peak Performance Physical Therapy, and I found myself in the middle of one of these defining moments. I was losing objectivity at a rapid pace, and the growing pains were becoming rather unbearable. Management Vision was instrumental in giving me new tools and sharing effective wisdom about how to get the wrong people off the bus, get the right people on, and then getting each person in the right seat.
John Earll brought business clarity regarding diagnosis of financial health (or lack there of) and set in place accurate measures of financial driving forces of my practice. He also helped me identify all the areas of practice management that needed to be finely tuned to more efficiently manage practice growth. John continues to integrate foresight concerning the plans for upcoming phases of business growth which help to prepare management, thereby minimizing “growing pains”.
Cole Davis has sharp intuitive talents and brings a rich history of clinical psychology which has empowered me to hire the right people and to obtain the right fit for Peak. His personality assessments have given me a more accurate understanding of each of my staff members. Knowledge is truly power. I now have a powerful team working together managing around weaknesses and employing each other’s strengths for the good of Peak Performance rather than that of personal gain.
My success depends on whom I chose to surround myself. Management Vision is an integral component of ascertaining the success of Peak Performance and securing my dream of leaving a legacy of exemplary management and extraordinary patient care in Missoula.

I recently used the services of Management Vision, P.C. and found their processes to be very beneficial. In my particular situation, I was more interested in evaluating myself and learning about ways to focus on my strengths and manage my weaknesses better when dealing with a variety of different people and personalities, which I do on a regular basis.
Through the enlightening processes of Management Vision, P.C., I learned a lot about myself. All-in-all it helped build my own confidence and make me more “comfortable in my own skin” which is a very valuable thing in my profession.

Nearly half of our firm has taken the psychological profile program through John. The results were insightful to everyone and have already had an impact on how we interact and communicate with each other. John’s follow-up was effective and has led to some significant changes in our organization.
As a former management professor I had some questions about how beneficial John’s program would be - I have no doubts now. It is very effective and John has excellent insights on what changes a company can make to improve its operations. We’re continuing to work with John.

Hi-Noon Petroleum
Dirk N. Cooper, Vice President/CFO
Having been involved in literally hundreds of businesses as a CPA and business consultant, I have had the fortune of seeing many diversified business models in action from the inside. The most common weakness in my opinion is the underutilization or misemployment of talent. It may be that we as managers are afraid to admit that we do not really know our people or in many cases, management may lack the time, resources or requisite skills to ensure proper utilization of strengths and minimization of weaknesses. Or perhaps, managers are simply afraid to take the appropriate steps to modify employee behavior for the good of the organization in following the path of least resistance.
Having known John in various capacities, I recognized that he possesses certain skills that could be very simply employed to assist me in my capacity as CFO as well as being responsible for the operations of complex and diversified businesses at Hi-Noon. John was contracted to perform personality assessments with follow up consultations for a select group of management level personnel.
His insights and facilitation proved to be significantly effective at helping our team to understanding not only how they interact with employees but how we function as a management team. John’s background as a CPA is an added resource to me as he has an innate understanding of the overall critical role of finance and how it interrelates to the human aspects of our organization.
In my opinion, John represents a fresh new resource to analyze and improve your business. Give him a call, you can’t afford not to.

John,
Thank you for bringing us your wonderful program. You helped us understand each other more fully and made it easier for us to work more effectively with our different personalities. The skills you taught me have helped me be a better manager. I really like the format you use with the individual time with each employee and then the group work and your style made the session fun and informative.
I would recommend your program to any organization — everyone could use the knowledge you share so well.
